Vehicle lookups are included in every package. SMS costs DKK 1 per message. MitID signing is an add-on at DKK 400/month with 25 signatures included, then DKK 20 per signature — available on Pro and Enterprise only. Support is open weekdays 10:00-18:00 on Start and Pro, and every day 10:00-18:00 on Enterprise, weekends included. Enquiries received within support hours are answered within 24 hours at the latest. Enterprise customers also get a named contact person.
Start covers day-to-day workshop operations: work orders, customers, vehicles and invoicing. Pro adds parts, inventory and POS, sales, acquisitions, loaner cars, the customer portal, the website builder and finance. Enterprise is built for the dealer group and adds the Intelligence Suite, finance and insurance, operations across locations, and API access. Enterprise is not just more modules: we set the system up around the way you work, you get a named contact person, and when you spot something that could be done better, we take it into the product.
Twelve months of lock-in is the list price — it is opting out of lock-in that costs extra: 15% on top of the package price, i.e. DKK 11,500/quarter for Pro and DKK 28,750/quarter for Enterprise. After the lock-in period the subscription continues with 30 days' notice. Start never has lock-in.
Registration-plate lookups are included in all three packages. There is no per-lookup fee and no separate data-provider account for you to set up.
SMS to customers — booking confirmations, ready-for-collection messages, reminders — are billed on usage at DKK 1 per message.
Digital signing with MitID is an add-on at DKK 400/month with 25 signatures included, then DKK 20 per signature. The add-on is available on Pro and Enterprise only.
The onboarding fee is fixed: DKK 0 on Start, DKK 5,000 on Pro and DKK 15,000 on Enterprise. Start costs DKK 0 because it is self-service — you set yourselves up, and neither configuration nor training is included. On Pro and Enterprise the fee covers setup, configuration and training. If data has to be moved from another system, we agree the scope specifically before we start — so you know the price up front.
